Lisa set up Moore Social Media in early 2012 after years of corporate experience working for big names such as Accenture, Sainsburys and Jones Lang LaSalle. When Lisa decided to take the leap form the corporate world, she wanted to take all her years of experience and help small business owners with their PA support and Social Media needs. Very early on, Lisa realised that the social media management side was where the demand was. The team now focus most of their energies on managing social media accounts for a whole range of businesses.
The business has grown from strength to strength, from the early days of managing one client account to today, where Lisa and the team look after over 20 account.
Outside work, Lisa loves days out with the family, walking, book and wine club!
Social Media Account Manager
Having previously been working as a Marketing Assistant and having an interest in social media Kerrie has always kept an ear out for the progress of what is happening within the four walls of MSM. Lisa (MSM Owner) is a friend from their children’s school and when the job of social media assistant was advertised on the local Facebook forum, Kerrie jumped at the chance to submit her CV. They had a chat and the rest as they say is history.
Every day is different, working collectively on client accounts, ranging from researching content, writing blogs and editing podcast. Each client is unique, meaning Kerrie tailors and works to their wants and needs. With this in mind Kerrie has built up a brilliant rapport with clients.
Kerrie doesn‘t shy away from hard work and has always had at least one job since aged 13. She’s a qualified hairdresser, sold Butlin’s holidays, worked in a local pub, high street retail, Accountancy Company, given birth to twins, and all before the age of 30!
Lead Generation & Research
Caitlin has only been with us a for a few months, undergoing an apprenticeship in Social Media. Caitlin’s role involves lead generation, content research and administration. She’s already proving to be a great member of the team – we couldn’t do without her now!
